• Personal information you provide: name, email address, phone number, optional clinical credentials — collected when you register for a class, join a waitlist, or contact us.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We retain only the transaction record (amount, status, receipt).
• Registration records: which classes you've registered for, attended, or cancelled.
• Standard web data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected via server logs for security and debugging.

How we use your information

• Process your registration and payment
• Send registration confirmations, class reminders, waitlist notifications, and receipts
• Respond to inquiries you send us
• Send newsletter or marketing emails if you opt in, and deliver any free resources you request
• Maintain class rosters and attendance records
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information. We send marketing or newsletter emails only to people who opt in — for example, by subscribing to our newsletter or requesting a free resource — and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share information with

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Brevo — transactional email delivery (confirmations, reminders, etc.).
• Kit (ConvertKit) — newsletter and marketing email delivery, for people who opt in. Kit's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement. Google's privacy policy.
• Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel. Meta's privacy policy.
• Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We retain registration and payment records as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us, subject to our retention obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@beveluptraining.com. You may also access your registration history directly at any time at My classes.

Cookies

We use a session cookie required for the site to function (e.g., keeping you logged into your class history). We also use analytics and advertising cookies as described below.

Analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect standard usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions such as signing up for a resource or registering for a class. This data is shared with Google and Meta, who process it under their own privacy policies.

You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, adjust your Meta ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also honor a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal.

Children's privacy

Our Service is intended for practicing healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated by email where feasible.
